How We Ship – Website orders are shipped either USPS or UPS Ground. Physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).

Need It Fast? – We are happy to accommodate rush orders. For expedited shipping, we offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select through UPS. To take advantage of these special shipping services, please contact us at (860) 364-0870, Monday-Friday, 10-4 Eastern, and we will personally process your order.

Service Areas – Our website is configured to ship only to street addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For Alaska and Hawaii, military addresses and other special service areas, please do not hesitate to phone us with your order, and we will be happy to process it. Simply call (860) 364-0870, Monday-Friday, 10-4 Eastern. We cannot ship to international locations at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time (from Receipt of Order) – Orders are shipped within 1 – 2 business days, Monday through Friday via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) except on National Holidays. All orders received on Friday after 1pm (EST) or on Holidays will not ship until the following business day, including Expedited Shipping.

Freight Collect – If you have your own UPS account and prefer to have the charges billed directly to you, simply select the “Freight Collect” option; enter your UPS account number and the method by which you would like your order shipped (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.). In the event that you or your company do not pay the shipping charges to UPS and, as a result UPS charges them to, we will automatically bill your credit card for the shipping costs plus a $10 processing fee.

Refusal of Package – If parcels are refused, then outbound and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

Timely Delivery – We cannot issue credit for orders not delivered on specific dates unless the order is shipped by an expedited shipping option. Orders shipped by ground delivery fall within UPS delivery guidelines and vary from state to state. We cannot guarantee same day service on any orders. If you are in need of timely delivery, please contact us and we will assist you in choosing an appropriate express delivery option.

Military Addresses (APO or FPO) – Orders going to these addresses will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Because USPS does not provide any means of tracking or calculating transit time, these orders can only be shipped at the risk of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility, nor issue credit or refunds, for products damaged in transport or not received.

Military Addresses (Other) – Orders going to non FPO or APO addresses including Puerto Rico or US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority mail (approximately 3 to 4 Business Days). We do not ship candy via regular US Postal Service because of slow transit time and lack of delivery confirmation.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service department. Return claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of order as determined by UPS or Postal Service tracking numbers.

We will refund the cost of all merchandise returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition. The cost of shipping is NOT refundable unless the product received was not what was ordered. All returns must be shipped prepaid. If returns are made via UPS or FEDEX, please ship to the following address:

Order Cancellations – In the event that an order is canceled more than twenty-four (24) hours after it has been placed, either online or by phone, and the order has been shipped, initial and return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser’s original form of payment.

Refusal of Package – If parcels are refused, initial and return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser’s original form of payment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses – If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to as a result of an incorrect address having been provided by the purchaser, initial and return-shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser. This applies to orders shipped to third party recipients as well. Similarly, we will not issue refunds for products damaged, lost, or stolen for the same reason.

Incorrectly Ordered Items – In order for a credit to be issued for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at the purchaser’s expense, to our return address listed above and must be in the same condition as it was received. It is up to the purchaser to choose a return delivery method that best suits their needs. In the event that you would like us to provide a call tag for said return, there is a nonrefundable fifteen ($15) dollar fee. Please note that on orders caused by customer error, we are unable to issue credit for shipping in either direction.

Seasonal Orders – Seasonal merchandise is NOT returnable.

Missing Items – In the event that an item is missing from an order received, a claim must be made within two (2) business days of receipt as determined by UPS tracking. The transaction will be reviewed and a credit issued accordingly.

Orders Shipped with Incorrect Merchandise – A call tag will be issued for the return of the incorrect merchandise. If an exchange is requested, the correct product will be shipped at no additional charge to the purchaser. If a credit is requested, a credit will be issued for the amount involved. Notification of order discrepancies must be made within two (2) business days of receipt as determined by UPS tracking.
